1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flipammo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition. Where applicable, you must hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) or other required state permits to use our services.

3. Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between our website and your web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

4. Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

5. Online Price & Description Errors

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

6. Ammunition Purchase Requirements

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

7. State-Specific Ammunition Delivery Regulations

New Jersey

• Ammunition can only be sold to someone with an FFL, Firearms Purchaser Identification card or a permit to carry a handgun
• Rifle and Shotgun ammo can ship without any ID
• NO ARMOR PIERCING ROUNDS CAN BE SHIPPED

New York

• ONLY SHIP TO FFL

Illinois

• Must have FOID (Firearms Owners Identification Card) or concealed carry
• Both must also present state issued ID

California

• MUST SHIP TO FFL

Massachusetts

• Rifle Ammo – Firearm Identification Card (FID) required to buy ammo online
• Handgun Ammo – FID card + Handgun Permit
• Can ship all to FFL

Connecticut

• The ammo purchase must be made by someone at least 21 years old
• The buyer must provide at least one of the following, which is valid and non-expired: permit to carry a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; long gun eligibility certificate issued under CT law; or ammunition certificate issued under CT law
• The buyer must provide a valid, non-expired driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Please note, military IDs are not permissible because it is illegal to copy them

8. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information and inventory data
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms and ammunition laws
• Verify you meet age and legal requirements for ammunition purchases in your jurisdiction
• Use appropriate ammunition for your specific firearms
• Protect account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
• Pay subscription fees in a timely manner

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, or any purpose that violates federal, state, or local firearms and ammunition regulations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Purchasing ammunition if you are legally prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition
• Providing false information during the purchase process
• Attempting to ship ammunition to prohibited locations
• Reselling ammunition in violation of applicable laws

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of ammunition sales and federal regulations, returns are subject to strict policies. All sales are final unless the product is defective or we shipped the incorrect item. Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

Flipammo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business losses, regulatory compliance failures, or damages resulting from improper use of ammunition. Users assume all responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use of ammunition products.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
